    Rođen u Gianyaru na Baliju, I Wayan Dedi Sarmika započeo je svoj put u svijetu sushija 2008. godine. Nakon desetljeća usavršavanja svog zanata na Baliju, 2018. godine nastavio je svoju kulinarsku karijeru na međunarodnim kruzerima. Godine 2023. put ga dovodi u Rijeku, gdje se pridružuje timu Fukuro. Danas spaja godine iskustva, preciznost i duboko poštovanje prema japanskoj kulinarskoj tradiciji, stvarajući sushi s prepoznatljivom ravnotežom majstorstva, vrhunske svježine i suvremene prezentacije.

    They say about us

    Always love finding another good sushi spot. This was great, and the fish was great being along the water. We're just passing through but I'd definitely go back. 4.9 stars with lots of reviews makes sense. Black rain, tuna nigiri, Dragonite, dynamite and at a good price.

    The food here is very good and fresh. The restaurant is not too big, so we recommend reserving just to be sure you have a spot. We came to eat here multiple times on our vacation in Rijeka. The sushi is the best we ever had and the friendlyness of the staff made the evening even better (especially Putu and Evan). We definitly recommend going here when you’re in Rijeka.

    The sushi here is really really good! We loved the open bar setup where you can watch the food being prepared. Presentation is on point. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend if in Rijeka. My favorite was the Crunchy Tempura Uramaki.

    Amazing food, honestly none of the sushi roles disappoint. Please try the Godzilla, spicy tuna & spicy salmon rolls. The chef is one of the most lovely people we have met during our trip. We sat at the bar and enjoyed an amazing meal.

    first time in Rijeka and this place is the only one that left a good impression. very friendly staff, helped with the menu choice. did not have to wait long, drinks were brought immediately, and sushi was ready in 10 minutes. we ordered "hrskava tempura" and "vatrena tuna uramaki". it was very tasty and we will remember the taste for a long time. I recommend this place!
